Luckly, my two daughters Ju Ju and Soap have been relatively healthy without having to make a serious trip to a hospital (knock on wood!) However, for the past three months or so, my oldest daughter Ju Ju has complained about headache and often lays in bed after coming back from school. She got sick from headache at least four times throwing up - She got really sick on Thanksgiving or last week. Funny thing is she feels better once she throws up.
Even tonight, she was fine at first, but once she started eating dinner, she complained saying "mommy.. I have a headache.." and stopped eating and laid on the couch. She took a hot shower, but she cried, "I want to go to bed..." So, JT ran to Walgreens and got her Tylenol and now she's sleeping.
She was never like this until she started school in August. We are thinking she maybe need a glasses, so we're taking her to the eye doctor. But if having a pair of glasses won't make the headache go away, then, what?
I've been online for quite sometime and it seems pediatric migraine are relatively common and starts from an early age... After the eye doctor, we're taking Ju Ju to her doctor. I hope there's nothing seriously wrong with her. When a cheerful kid who runs for a soccer ball gets sick like that, it does worry me.... Yes, definitely makes her mommy nervous...
Have a Cozy Weekend.

Poor Juju, I hope it's nothing serious and it's a very easy fix.
I hope she's okay and it's nothing serious. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Oh no, it sounds like my oldest daughter. Unfortunately, and fortunately, they told me it was anxiety, which people don't seem to understand, especially in kids.
This started when she was six, head-aches (I also got her glasses), and yes, the throwing up was a part of it.
Your family is in my prayers.
I hope you find some answers soon!
Thinking about you! Keep us updated.
Oh no! How miserable for her! I really hope she just needs glasses.
Keep us updated!
My son, Noah gots severe headaches like that from time to time. We did get hime glasses and that seemed to help. But ocassionally he will still get a bad headache if he watches too much tv or plays video games for too long. I think the glasses helped! We tell him that once his head starts hurting even a little bit, to tell us right away before it gets to the "getting sick" stage.
I hope everything works out for you guys. You are definately in my thoughts!
I hope you find a solution and that she feels better quickly.
I hope Juju feels better soon. Have you taken her to see the pediatrician??
Maybe it is glasses.
Give her a big hug for me.

Aww poor Juju! I can imagine how nervewracking that has to be for you. I hope glasses are the solution and she feels better!
