Should I get them or not get them?

Okay, so, I have been asking this question for the past ten years... "Should I get them or not get them???" - I'm talking about a boob job. LOL. I'm not lucky in that breast department and if anything, that has affected me in a very negative way.... I have been very insecure about myself because of my breast size. I don't mean to be shallow or anything, but if you're born as women, then you'd want to have them. I am size A, although having two little daughters and I did breastfeed them, so my cup size went up from little A to small C which was a miracle!!!!! I couldn't believe my eyes and my husband couldn't believe his. But of course now, the size has gone back down to A!!!

I always had told myself that I wouldn't get them done until I have kids and breastfeed them, but now they're getting bigger and no need of breastfeeding, I start to reconsider my option to get the job done. Some people say you don't need to do it, it's dangerous or it's shallow.. You are beautiful without them. I do go back and forth...sometimes want them and sometimes I don't know if it's such a good idea. What if the procedure doesn't go well or something bad happens after? Then I think to myself "but what if it goes really well and you really love them?" -- Ahhhhh!!!! Decision, decision and decision...... I just don't know...

It's something that makes all us ladies think about I guess. :D But I think that you shouldn't get them. Everyone is perfect in their own nature and I believe that it should stay that way. Besides, you are a really lovely woman as I've seen from your photos, and I don't think you even need them. Also, there is always a possibility that they may cause health issues, even serious ones if not noticed. It's not worthed I say, to go through all that painful (both physical and financial) stages.. And you are a mother, it makes it more unreasonable to put yourself at risk. Don't ever forget, a person is always the most beautiful the way they are. :)

Hello. I feel the same way. I want them but I can't afford to get them and possibly get it redone if anything goes wrong. But I have always wanted to enhance them.
I don't think it's shallow. It does affect how you feel and look in clothes.

I don't know for sure if its true but in my cambodian culture. The parents squeeze the baby's nipple so that it doesn't get big. Boys and girls they do this to. Most asian women I have seen are small. The one person I knew that didn't have that done said that her mother didn't squeeze hers when she was a baby. I think it's quite possible that its true.

Have you heard of that susperstition before? Is that done in your asian culture?

hmm... this is an old post I'm reading... so did you get it done? If so - how was the experience? Because if I had the money.... I would love to get something done about my loose (post-baby) stomach that doesn't seem to be going away no matter what I do.... :(
On another note - I think you look lovely the way you are. I was a distance runner in my day, so not having a big chest, or a chest at all, was a sign of being in fabulous shape. A girl who actually needed her sports bra was a rare and strange thing. We took pride in our athletic and efficient figures. (spelling?)
